Customer Transformation Trainee

About the role

Capgemini Invent’s frog Customer First team is looking for recent graduates or students graduating at the end of June 2026 to join as Customer Transformation Trainees. You will support clients in digital marketing, CRM, e‑commerce strategy, commercial models, customer experience, brand and content initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing digital marketing and CRM strategies for client projects.
• Support e‑commerce and commercial model transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to customer experience, brand, and content development workstreams.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in strategic and business consulting.
• Good level of English.
• Available for a 6‑month scholarship starting soon.
