Data Solutions Specialist - French & Spanish Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a Data Solutions Specialist who will manage variable data for printed labels such as price tags, content labels and intelligent label solutions. The role serves as the main liaison between retail brand clients and our global production sites, ensuring seamless online ordering and production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customers’ variable data for printed labels, including price tags, content labels and intelligent label solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail brand clients and global production locations regarding variable‑data information.
• Coordinate with production sites, IT and automation teams to guarantee smooth online ordering and manufacturing workflows.
• Participate in end‑to‑end data testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers.
• Provide timely resolutions and updates to clients on e‑commerce solution execution and post‑production support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data management or product development within an e‑commerce or solutions environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of process automation and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Spanish and French.
• Ability to collaborate in a team while handling complex data permutations.
