Director, ETF Senior Sales LatAM & US Offshore

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Director to lead senior ETF sales across Latin America and the US Offshore market. The role involves covering clients and prospects, working closely with distribution partners, and driving growth of Invesco’s ETF product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Drive asset gathering for Invesco ETF products in Latin America and US Offshore regions.
• Develop and expand the ETF business by increasing brand awareness and cultivating long‑term relationships with institutional, wholesale and retail clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Contribute to cross‑selling initiatives and leverage the existing institutional and distribution sales footprint.
• Communicate Invesco’s investment philosophy, ETF capabilities and product range to distributors, prospects and existing clients.
• Deliver presentations on Exchange Traded Products, discuss market trends, macroeconomic conditions and portfolio construction.
• Represent Invesco ETF at conferences, seminars and client events.
• Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, prospecting activities, marketing initiatives and client entertainment.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of the regional asset‑management landscape, including market structure, client needs, regulatory considerations and distribution channels.
• Proven experience in sales and business development within the ETF or broader investment‑product space.
• Ability to build strong internal and external networks and act as a role model for collaboration.
• Strong analytical mindset to contribute to product development ideas and market analysis.
