Director of Finance – Iberia

About the role

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned Director of Finance for the Iberia region. This senior leader will drive financial planning, analysis, and strategy to support the business’s growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain financial planning policies and fiscal controls.
• Prepare financial statements, manage relationships with investment and banking communities, and advise senior management on financial matters.
• Lead the FP&A team in creating and monitoring annual revenue and expense budgets and measuring operating results.
• Oversee short‑ and long‑term financial planning, forecasting business performance and analyzing operational data.
• Manage the preparation and distribution of internal and external financial reports and maintain corporate financial systems.
• Configure and generate accurate reports from the finance information system.
• Facilitate strategic decisions on customer, marketing, and productivity investments by partnering with stakeholders.
• Develop valuation models based on market, cost, pricing, and economic drivers.
• Drive automation of finance workflows and design multi‑dimensional data models for a single source of truth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in forecasting, data modeling, visualization, automation, and business analytics.
• Proven track record leading operational finance strategies, managing projects and resources.
• Strong project‑management, change‑management, process‑improvement, negotiation and collaboration skills.
• Experience with data‑management methods, analytics deployment, orchestration tools, databases and visualization platforms.
• Ability to synthesize large, complex data sets and build machine‑learning or data‑science models.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
