Engineering & Operations Leadership Graduate Program – Viana, Spain

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Engineering & Operations Leadership Graduate Program and experience a three‑year, rotational journey across engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality. Based initially in Viana, you will work in at least two of the company’s Spanish plants, gaining hands‑on responsibility and contributing to real‑world projects that shape the future of snacking.

Key responsibilities

• Complete three 12‑month rotations covering engineering, manufacturing, operations and quality.
• Lead operational initiatives, continuous‑improvement projects and people‑leadership activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver impactful results for the business.
• Apply technical knowledge to solve complex production challenges.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ambitious to grow into a leadership position.

Required skills

• Degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency with computer/office software.
• English at intermediate‑high level (minimum B2).
