ERP Program Lead – Spain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Program Lead to drive complex SAP business transformation programs across Spain. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle SAP programs, from inception through rollout and post‑implementation support.
• Manage and motivate geographically distributed, multi‑vendor teams and complex client organizations.
• Develop and apply structured program delivery frameworks covering IT, business, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Maintain strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders and present program progress and value propositions.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering large‑scale SAP programs, including multi‑country roll‑outs for ECC and S/4 HANA.
• Experience leading teams in complex, multi‑vendor environments with remote and offshore resources.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior client executives.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
