Finance Reporting Analyst – P&L (Hybrid)

About the role

Join the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform to ensure flawless P&L reporting across Europe. You will be the single point of contact for P&L reporting, supporting the region’s financial performance while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile financial and management accounting figures according to Group and CIB Finance standards.
• Consolidate manual entries, promote data quality and drive remediation plans.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions and KPI dashboards for regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local finance, SMS/HOR teams and business‑line controllers to deliver insightful expense analysis.
• Lead the creation of performance‑management expense reports and identify new reporting needs.
• Provide backup support to smooth workload peaks within the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business or equivalent.
• 1‑4 years of financial or management‑accounting experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with IFRS (asset) standards.
• Knowledge of French GAAP (a plus).
