French‑Speaking Sales Development Representative

About the role
JAGGAER is seeking a French‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its high‑performing SDR team covering the EMEAPAC region. You will be the front‑line talent responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline for our SaaS procurement platform.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting campaigns across defined industries and regions to generate high‑quality leads.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to design and execute structured prospecting plans with clear calls‑to‑action.
- Upsell additional products and services to existing customers.
- Act quickly on inbound and campaign leads (MQLs) and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce CRM and follow company protocols.
- Leverage marketing tools to prioritize prospects, validate data, and cleanse records.
- Run weekly territory forecasts and work toward monthly qualified‑opportunity quotas.
- Research and create targeted prospect lists and manage related data.
- Deliver exceptional prospect and customer experiences.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of proven business development or sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a distributed sales team.
- Strong understanding of prospect pain points and ability to articulate business value.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, meet deadlines, and act with urgency.
- Proactive mindset that contributes ideas and supports team operations.
Required skills
- Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
