Full Stack Engineer – Climate Tech Startup

About the role

We are a climate‑tech startup focused on reforestation and sustainability, looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our on‑site team in Barcelona. You will work across our web platform (Vue.js, PHP) and mobile app (React Native) to deliver end‑to‑end features that drive our mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack features for both web and mobile applications.
• Build robust, modular backend services, APIs, and database schemas.
• Collaborate with the tech team on architecture decisions, code reviews, and problem‑solving.
• Map and analyse workflows to define precise system scope before coding.
• Prototype rapidly, select appropriate stacks, and ensure observability and failure handling from day one.

Required profile

• Proven full‑stack development experience with production systems.
• Strong database design skills and ability to model data before implementation.
• Experience building modular, composable services.
• Based in Barcelona and able to work on‑site.
