Functional Analyst Integration

About the role

SD Worx is seeking a Functional Analyst Integration to join its Payroll & Reward solutions team. You will analyze and document requirements for integration tools, work closely with product owners, and support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze new payroll requirements and legal changes, converting them into user stories.
• Assess enhancements for existing integrations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for tools and systems, using UML where appropriate.
• Support implementation consultants during customer integration setup and maintenance.
• Conduct functional, acceptance, and end‑to‑end testing of integration solutions.
• Communicate new functionalities to target groups and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, technology or equivalent experience.
• Interest or experience in payroll technology and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with agile principles and a pragmatic, outcome‑focused approach.
• Fluency in English and Dutch at C‑level.
