General Manager – Luxury Boutique Hotel & Wellness Resort

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of a new premium hospitality destination on the Costa Brava. The property combines a 15‑room boutique hotel, spa and wellness retreats, destination weddings, and performance‑focused experiences in a nature‑rich setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel operations, including accommodation, spa, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Lead the planning and execution of private events such as weddings, corporate seminars, and exclusive buyouts.
• Develop and commercialise retreat concepts and wellness programmes tailored to sport, recovery and performance.
• Drive occupancy and profitability across hotel, wedding and retreat segments, optimizing shoulder‑season performance.
• Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores (NPS) for each business line.

Required profile

• 5–7 years managing a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality property.
• Proven experience in spa and wellness operations.
• Track record organizing private events, weddings and corporate seminars.
• Fluent in Spanish and Catalan; fluent English; French a plus.
• Strong understanding of the Catalan tourism and hospitality market.
