Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join our new Madrid office. You will work on products used by millions, collaborating with a global team while helping shape the culture of our local hub.

Key responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to production, building systems that scale to millions of users.
• Integrate AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate design, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Choose and apply the right technologies for each challenge, working across monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, Docker, Python and Rust.
• Continuously simplify architectures and reduce unnecessary complexity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong passion for software development.
• Highly collaborative, eager to learn and contribute to a high‑performing team.
• Willing to take ownership and help define the working culture in a new office.
