Graphic Designer – Global Creative Team

About the role

The Graphic Designer will join Binance’s Global Creative Team to produce world‑class visual assets that support the company’s cryptocurrency exchange platform across Europe. Working closely with the Global Design Lead and internal marketing teams, you will create digital graphics, merchandise, motion graphics and campaign materials for a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and deliver high‑impact designs for Binance’s global brand and regional (EU) campaigns, including key visuals, social media assets, website graphics and out‑of‑home advertising.
• Produce digital graphics, merchandise concepts, motion graphics and other visual content for events, digital marketing and product promotions.
• Collaborate with senior designers, copywriters, project managers and marketing partners to ensure timely delivery of integrated campaigns.
• Serve as the primary creative liaison for EU local marketing teams, guiding regional creative efforts and ensuring brand consistency.
• Support acquisition and retention initiatives by creating engaging digital creatives that drive awareness and user engagement.
• Use performance insights to iterate and optimise creative outputs.
• Assist the Global Design Lead with team administration and help define efficient creative processes.
• Mentor junior designers, share expertise and contribute to a positive, innovative team culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering design work for global brand or product campaigns.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external marketing partners.
• Self‑motivated with excellent time‑management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and familiarity with the European market.
• Willingness to support junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
