Graphic Designer – High‑Volume Template Production

About the role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to work as an embedded resource within a client’s ecosystem, creating and delivering high‑volume, template‑driven design assets for digital and print channels while adhering to Amazon’s brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop master templates for recurring assets such as banners, presentations, and internal materials.
• Produce and adapt final design deliverables based on briefs, using pre‑existing copy, imagery and brand elements.
• Ensure strict compliance with Amazon brand guidelines and localise designs for various EMEA markets and languages.
• Create digital assets (banners, internal communications, presentations) and print materials (POS, basic layouts).
• Collaborate directly with the US‑based production team in Los Angeles, managing feedback cycles and implementing refinements.
• Deliver assets autonomously within agreed timelines, balancing speed with quality.

Required profile

• Junior to mid‑level designer with strong execution skills and a reliable, self‑managed work style.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environment.
• Proactive mindset capable of solving layout challenges independently.

Required skills

• Solid foundation in graphic design and layout principles.
• Experience designing both digital and print formats (CMYK, basic InDesign).
• Proficiency with Figma (preferred) and Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience working with brand guidelines, templates and scalable design systems.
• Fluent English communication.
