Graphic Designer – In‑store Visual Communications (Barcelona)

About the role

UNIQLO is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its local market team in Barcelona. You will work closely with Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing and e‑commerce teams to create compelling in‑store visual communication that supports the brand’s growth across Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end graphic design for in‑store campaigns and ad‑hoc projects across all Spanish stores.
• Adapt global and European visual‑merchandising guidelines to meet local retail needs.
• Produce high‑quality renders, print files, POS materials and in‑store display solutions.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual standards during new store openings, refits and regular updates.
• Identify visual‑marketing challenges and propose commercial, store‑ready solutions.
• Manage timelines, budgets and suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Native Catalan and Spanish speaker with working proficiency in English.
• 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in retail or store‑based environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience creating designs for physical retail spaces.
• Confident cross‑functional collaborator in fast‑paced commercial settings.
• Excellent stakeholder management, especially with store and visual‑merchandising teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects.
• 3D design/modelling tools such as SketchUp.
• Proficiency with Mac OS.
• Microsoft Office, OneDrive and Teams.
