Head of GTM – Prime Partnerships (Financial Services)

About the role

eDreams ODIGEO is looking for a senior leader to own the go‑to‑market strategy for its Prime Partnerships within the Financial Services vertical. Based in Barcelona and working in a hybrid model, you will design, launch and scale strategic alliances with banks, fintechs and other institutional players.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end commercialization roadmap for Prime Partner initiatives in Financial Services.
• Take personal accountability for Year‑1 revenue and pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption and long‑term value realization.
• Co‑create joint value propositions and translate complex technical, security and compliance requirements into clear market messaging.
• Serve as the central liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales to align roadmaps, co‑marketing campaigns and field enablement.
• Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise partnership models.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading GTM or commercial strategies for strategic alliances in the Financial Services sector.
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth in a B2B environment.
• Excellent understanding of banking, fintech and institutional partnership dynamics.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to work autonomously, drive cross‑functional teams and own results.
