Head of Revenue Operations & Systems

About the role

Preply is an ed‑tech unicorn connecting learners with tutors worldwide. We are building a new RevOps team that will design, scale and future‑proof the systems and automation that power our revenue engine. As Head of Revenue Operations & Systems you will own the architecture of our GTM stack and lead a small high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design, optimization and health of Preply’s GTM system landscape (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Vitally, Intercom) and ensure seamless, scalable integrations.
• Identify and implement automation across lead scoring, routing, deal management and renewals using tools such as Zapier, Cargo and AI‑assisted no‑code solutions.
• Maintain data accuracy and governance, build self‑serve dashboards (Salesforce, Looker) and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Manage the GTM tooling roadmap, budget and vendor relationships while evaluating new technologies and AI integrations.
• Lead and mentor a small team of system specialists, collaborate cross‑functionally and champion system thinking across the GTM organization.

Required profile

• 8+ years experience in Revenue Operations, GTM systems or Sales/Marketing Ops within a fast‑scaling B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, administration and automation.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and data flows from lead‑to‑opportunity through renewal.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and no‑code automation platforms (Zapier, Workato, n8n).
• Proven leadership of teams and cross‑functional initiatives with excellent communication skills.
