Healthcare Professional Relations Agent – English Native Speaker (UK) – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for an English native speaker (UK) to join our Madrid Production Hub as a Healthcare Professional Relations Agent. In this role you will build and maintain a panel of doctors who regularly participate in our market research studies, ensuring high engagement and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit doctors to join the IQVIA panel.
• Conduct invitation and follow‑up calls to encourage participation in studies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of healthcare professionals and address their queries.
• Monitor participation rates and use multiple communication channels to improve engagement.
• Handle documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and occasional translation of text passages.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from the United Kingdom.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Professional communication skills on telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset.
• Experience in a multinational corporation is a plus.
