About the role
We are looking for a Hospitality & Office Service Manager to lead the set‑up and daily operation of our new Extremadura site in Navalmoral de la Mata. The role will ensure a high‑quality, functional workplace by managing facilities, vendors and employee services from construction through to full operation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, security and general services to keep the office and common areas operational.
- Oversee layout, furnishing and the functional setup of workspaces, canteen, recreation and reception areas.
- Manage relationships with facility providers, maintenance contractors and technical service vendors.
- Implement preventive maintenance programmes and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Act as the primary contact for employee workplace needs, handling onboarding logistics, access, equipment and welcome services.
- Organise business travel, visitor arrangements and oversee the canteen and break‑area services.
- Promote a hospitality‑driven culture focused on employee well‑being and service quality.
- Control the supply chain for office consumables, pantry supplies, stationery, uniforms and operational materials.
- Coordinate utilities and facility services such as electricity, water and telecommunications.
Required profile
- Proven experience in facility or hospitality management within complex sites such as industrial plants, hotels or large service operations.
- Hands‑on operational mindset with the ability to transition from construction phase to full‑time operation.
- Strong vendor management and procurement experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented attitude toward employees.
- Ability to work on‑site in Navalmoral de la Mata and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
