Hotel Entertainer – Seasonal Position in Mallorca

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic entertainers to join our hotel team in Mallorca for the upcoming season. The role involves creating memorable experiences for guests of all ages, both during the day and in the evening.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead daytime activities such as water games, sport tournaments (football, volleyball), themed days and other interactive events.
• Run the Kids Club, delivering creative workshops, games and sports programmes.
• Assist with the evening entertainment programme, including a mini‑disco for children and multimedia‑supported shows.
• Maintain high standards of public relations, ensuring friendly and professional interaction with guests.

Required profile

• Completed higher‑education (college) level.
• Availability for a 5‑6 month contract starting in March.
• Open, energetic personality with a strong team spirit.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, English, French, Dutch, Swedish or Hungarian.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to organise and coach sports and recreational activities.
