Hotel Entertainer – Seasonal Role in Mallorca

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our hotel entertainment team in Mallorca. Whether you have prior experience or are new to the field, this seasonal position offers the chance to engage guests through sports, games, and performances.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead daytime activities such as water games, football and volleyball tournaments, and themed days.
• Manage the Kids Club by planning creative workshops, sports sessions, and themed events.
• Coordinate evening entertainment, including mini‑disco for children and multimedia‑supported shows.
• Maintain high standards of public relations by interacting positively with guests.

Required profile

• Minimum of a completed higher‑education degree.
• Availability for at least 5‑6 months starting in March.
• Open, energetic personality with a big smile and strong team spirit.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: German, English, French, Dutch, Swedish, Hungarian.
