Join a leading multinational company in Madrid as an HR Generalist, working in direct collaboration with the HR Director. This is a strategic and highly versatile role designed for a proactive professional seeking to impact all facets of the human resources lifecycle within a stable and dynamic international environment.

Missions principales

• Talent Acquisition & Development: Manage the full recruitment cycle and implement training programs to support employee growth.
• HR Administration: Oversee personnel administration, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all HR processes.
• Employee Relations & Support: Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and resolving queries.
• Social Relations & Compliance: Support social relations and ensure adherence to labor regulations and health & safety (preventive risk) standards.
• Strategic Support: Assist the HR Director in implementing HR policies and managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist in a professional setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with agility, organization, and autonomy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders and management.

Competences requises

• Comprehensive knowledge of transversal HR functions (Recruitment, Training, Admin, Labor Law).
• Professional proficiency in English (essential for a multinational context).
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
