IT Engineer – Local Support (Spain)

About the role

As an IT Engineer you will provide hands‑on, on‑site support to TecAlliance employees across Spain. You will ensure that hardware, software and collaboration tools run smoothly, enabling the business to work efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site IT support for end users (hardware, software, network, peripherals).
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents together with central IT teams.
• Manage device lifecycle – setup, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes (accounts, devices, access).
• Serve as the local point of contact for Modern Workplace tools such as Teams, OneDrive and Outlook.
• Coordinate with central IT and service owners, handling escalations when needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.
• Support local infrastructure including printers, meeting rooms and network equipment.
• Provide on‑site assistance at other Spanish locations and travel for roll‑outs or project support.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in IT or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Broad technical knowledge of hardware, operating systems and workplace tools.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of networking and device management (Intune, Active Directory).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Service‑oriented mindset, ability to work independently and willingness to travel occasionally.

• Unlimited contracts with a six‑month probation period.
• Compensation: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly plus a 3% performance‑based bonus paid annually.
