IT Operations Support N1

About the role

We are looking for an IT Operations Support N1 professional to join our 24/7 operations team. The role is the first line of defence in production, monitoring alerts, performing initial analysis and ensuring service continuity for our global payments platform.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor systems, applications, infrastructure and business processes in real time.
• Classify, prioritize and acknowledge alerts and incidents.
• Conduct initial impact and criticality analysis following runbooks.
• Resolve incidents within the N1 scope and document actions taken.
• Escalate unresolved issues to N2/N3 teams with clear, structured information.
• Maintain and update incident tickets and follow up on the backlog.
• Participate in shift hand‑over procedures to ensure seamless coverage.

Required profile

• Solid technical foundation with a strong learning mindset.
• Motivation to grow into Cloud, DevOps and production support environments.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift‑based team and follow defined procedures.
• Good communication skills for clear escalation and documentation.
