IT Procurement Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Procurement Manager to lead the governance of software licences, hardware assets and vendor contracts for our Barcelona office. The role ensures compliance with corporate policies while optimising costs and supporting the finance and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a company‑wide software licence inventory, manage renewals, audits and optimise licensing costs.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, including tracking, warranties, repairs and disposals using ITAM tools.
• Source and purchase IT hardware, software and services, negotiate contracts, manage SLAs and coordinate with finance for budgeting and approvals.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with licensing models (Microsoft, Adobe, SaaS) and procurement processes (RFQ, PO).
• Familiarity with asset management tools such as SDP+, Endpoint Central, Intune or JAMF.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and cost‑modelling, and solid understanding of budgets.
• Effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
