IAM Engineer – Identity & Access Management

About the role

Codeway is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to own and improve the identity infrastructure that powers all employee access. You will work hands‑on with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf and a suite of SaaS tools, ensuring secure, automated, and reliable access for the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of the Okta environment, including user assignments, authentication policies, MFA, sign‑on rules, and application access.
• Integrate new applications into SSO using SAML and OIDC, collaborating with owners on configuration and testing.
• Maintain groups, entitlements, and provisioning processes across Google Workspace, Jamf, and other SaaS platforms.
• Troubleshoot authentication, provisioning, and device issues, handling tickets and providing on‑site support.
• Identify manual processes and automate them to improve consistency and reliability.
• Support endpoint management and general IT operations alongside identity duties.

• Hands‑on attitude with the ability to work both independently and as a visible technical presence in the office.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, even if not all qualifications are met.
