IT Project Manager – Pharma Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives in the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector. You will be responsible for delivering IT solutions that integrate clinical data, streamline diagnostic workflows, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
• Define scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring on‑time delivery.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently.
• Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal governance.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Report status, progress, and key metrics to senior management.
• Support Agile practices such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare or diagnostics.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to work in regulated environments and translate technical details into actionable plans.

Required skills

• Experience with cloud‑based solutions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
