IT Technical Specialist (Systems & Network) – Madrid

About the role

You will join the IT team in Madrid, ensuring the company’s infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands‑on position with direct impact on daily operations, supporting both hardware and network environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal users for hardware, software and network issues.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, servers and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve technical problems from start to finish.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches and connectivity.
• Deploy and maintain business applications such as Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
• Maintain IT inventory, software licences and backup systems.
• Document system configurations, incidents and technical procedures.

Required profile

• Degree or vocational training in IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in IT support, systems or networking roles.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Russian or Armenian is a plus.
• Legal authorization to work in Spain and ability to work on‑site in Madrid.
