Junior Architect – International Practice in Madrid

About the role

Hyphen is seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join its growing international practice in Madrid. You will work on a variety of commercial projects, from data centres to hospitality, gaining exposure to all project phases and collaborating with senior colleagues across Europe and Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Support design development and technical documentation for commercial projects.
• Prepare and manage Revit and AutoCAD models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Participate in site visits and contribute to on‑site problem solving.
• Assist senior architects in client presentations and project reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in architecture, architectural technology, or interior design.
• Strong design sensibility combined with solid technical knowledge.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Revit (minimum one year of experience).
• AutoCAD.
• Microsoft Office suite.
