Junior Helpdesk Support Specialist – Madrid

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Junior Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid. This entry‑level position offers exposure to an enterprise‑computing environment and the chance to develop strong technical troubleshooting skills.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and support PC and Apple hardware and software, including peripherals such as printers and USB devices.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails regarding workstation and peripheral performance.
• Perform on‑site analysis, diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software issues for end users.
• Log, report and monitor helpdesk requests in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain high user satisfaction through timely follow‑up, clear communication and relationship building.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with a wide variety of people.
• Highly self‑motivated with good reasoning abilities.
• Team‑oriented and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows 11 Pro desktop operating system.
• macOS (knowledge desirable).
• Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Basic networking concepts – DHCP, DNS, cabling.
• Antivirus and spyware removal techniques.
• Hardware component replacement and repair.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory (a plus).
