Junior HR Services Analyst

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Junior HR Services Analyst and become a trusted partner to managers and senior HR leaders. You will support the implementation of global and local HR policies, help drive workforce performance, and contribute to talent management initiatives within the Venezuela business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior People Lead in defining and executing global and local policy and change initiatives.
• Partner with function leads and middle managers to deliver functional priorities and strategic guidance.
• Leverage data analytics to drive business solutions, translate insights into actionable plans, and support operational processes.
• Inform People Services of local legal and regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Lead talent management activities, including workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, career and succession planning, and talent mobility.
• Manage works council relations and advise HR on labor policy implementation.
• Consult on overhead management and support operational excellence.

Required profile

• Strong desire to accelerate your HR career and drive future‑focused initiatives.
• Broad generalist HR experience, preferably within FMCG/CPG environments.
• Ability to build strong partnerships with function leaders and influence change.
• Experience creating and leading complex transformation projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and engage teams.
