Junior .NET Backend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior .NET Backend Developer to join our Domain team at Aily Labs. You will help build and improve the AI‑powered decision intelligence platform that serves finance, supply chain, R&D and commercial teams across enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using C# and the .NET framework under senior guidance.
• Write clean, maintainable and testable code following team standards.
• Fix bugs, implement small enhancements and refactor existing components.
• Support tooling, automation and internal platform initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback.
• Help monitor and troubleshoot issues in lower environments.
• Collaborate with frontend, product and data teams to deliver features.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of software development experience or strong academic/project background.
• Basic knowledge of C# and .NET and solid understanding of OOP principles.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Interest in cloud technologies such as AWS.
• Strong willingness to learn, good communication and teamwork skills.
