Junior Product Marketing Manager

About the role

INFINNI is looking for a Junior Product Marketing Manager to help shape the narrative of its creator‑economy SaaS products. You will work closely with the product marketing lead to ensure messaging is clear, user‑focused, and supports global growth.

Key responsibilities

• Support the product marketing team in crafting messaging and positioning that resonates with target demographics.
• Collect, organise, and distribute market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Assist in creating high‑impact marketing collateral such as PDF guides, workshop decks, emails, blogs, and training modules.
• Gather and share beta‑testing feedback to refine messaging and product improvements.
• Track key marketing and adoption metrics to evaluate performance.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience in a SaaS customer‑facing role (e.g., customer success or support).
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (Spanish, French, German, Chinese) are a plus.
• Proactive learner with strong curiosity and the ability to master product marketing concepts quickly.
• Collaborative mindset to act as a bridge between product, sales, and customer success teams.
• Highly organised and capable of handling high‑visibility tasks.
