About the role
The Key Account Manager will act as the strategic liaison for KONE's most important national customers, building long‑term partnerships and driving value‑based selling across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute account plans and budgets with key national customers, focusing on value‑based selling.
- Serve as the single point of contact for strategic accounts, handling complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage commercial risks and guarantee compliance with KONE business guidelines.
- Oversee national agreements and a portfolio of strategic contracts.
- Collaborate with Area Leaders to define account strategies and mobilise internal teams toward shared goals.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English.
- Strong influencing and customer‑focused mindset.
- Proven ability to achieve results in a commercial environment.
