Logistics Analyst – Operations

About the role

Heura is looking for a Logistics Analyst to join its Operations team in Barcelona. This high‑impact position will help shape the future of logistics for a fast‑growing plant‑based food company, driving efficiency, visibility, and cost optimisation across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across core logistics processes.
• Own logistics analytics and reporting, turning operational data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate logistics cost controlling and budgeting together with Finance.
• Monitor carrier and 3PL performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Support strategic logistics projects focused on scalability and operational optimisation.
• Act as Key User for SAP and other logistics systems, handling IT requirements and UAT.
• Ensure cold‑chain compliance and support transport quality management.
• Maintain logistics documentation and assist with Quality & Food Safety audits and product recalls.
• Guide and support the Logistics Intern in daily tasks.

Required profile

• Strong alignment with Heura’s mission to create a sustainable food system.
• 4+ years of experience as a Logistics Specialist or Analyst in FMCG environments.
• Proven analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Experience with logistics KPIs, cost controlling, and operational reporting.
• Knowledge of cold‑chain requirements and food‑safety logistics standards.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
