Market Manager – Business Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Market Manager – Business Consultant to act as the primary liaison between project teams and regional markets, ensuring smooth execution of connectivity rollouts across Europe and beyond. The role combines market‑level coordination, lifecycle management and stakeholder communication to drive successful digital product deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee market‑level rollout activities, including pilots and full‑scale deployments.
• Set up and steer lifecycle projects, managing scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Facilitate communication between local teams, central project teams and external stakeholders.
• Support training, onboarding and enablement initiatives within each market.
• Monitor delivery standards, provide continuous feedback and ensure compliance with governance and rollout prerequisites.
• Identify, escalate and resolve risks, issues and conflicts.
• Prepare and present clear content for audiences at various hierarchy levels.
• Maintain strong market relationships and manage key account responsibilities such as terms & conditions, license extensions or blueprint maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1); German and additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business consultant with deep IT process and project‑management knowledge.
• Proven experience as a primary point of contact for market teams, including travel availability (~5 % international).

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of digital sales products and connectivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, system integrations and digital topics.
• Advanced proficiency with Jira (boards, workflows, dashboards, reporting).
• Advanced proficiency with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
