Marketing Manager – Spain

About the role

BasicNet Group is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate marketing activities for its portfolio of brands across the Spanish market. You will be responsible for shaping brand positioning, driving consumer engagement, and supporting commercial objectives through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Spain, ensuring alignment with global brand strategies and business goals.
• Build and manage seasonal marketing calendars, coordinating launches, campaigns, activations, and key commercial moments.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor investments, and evaluate the effectiveness of all activities.
• Coordinate communication across advertising, PR, influencers, social media, e‑commerce and retail touchpoints.
• Oversee product and collection launches, guaranteeing consistency in timing, messaging, and execution.
• Lead trade‑marketing activities and activations with wholesale partners.
• Support sell‑in initiatives through dedicated marketing presentations and customer activations.
• Supervise the local PR agency to ensure strong media visibility and effective product placement.
• Define and manage media plans and advertising investments.
• Activate local partnerships, special projects, and events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium or sportswear.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proven capability to work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, retail and external agencies.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
