About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Specialist to join our customer’s team remotely. In this contractor position you will apply your clinical expertise to shape high‑impact healthcare tools and conversational AI applications.

Key responsibilities

• Apply advanced clinical diagnosis and treatment planning across diverse medical scenarios.
• Design, evaluate, and refine conversational agent workflows to ensure medical accuracy.
• Interpret diagnostic data and integrate findings into patient‑centric care pathways.
• Develop comprehensive health assessments and provide recommendations in nutrition, dietetics, and pharmacology.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve prompt strategies and quality‑assurance rubrics.
• Facilitate multi‑turn conversations with AI agents, offering expert feedback to optimize performance.
• Stay current with trends in immunology, medical genetics, and digital health technology.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in clinical diagnosis, patient care management, and medical knowledge.
• Strong background in pharmacology, diagnostic interpretation, nutrition, and dietetics.
• In‑depth understanding of anatomy, physiology, immunology, and medical genetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an empathetic tone.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage complex problem‑solving tasks.
