Mid‑Level Software Engineer – UI Platform (TypeScript/React)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Software Engineer to join Nexthink’s core engineering team, focusing on the UI Platform that powers our digital employee experience (DEX) solution. You will work with TypeScript, React and modern cloud‑native technologies to design, develop and maintain high‑quality front‑end and back‑end components.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve UI Platform features with an emphasis on performance, scalability, reliability and security.
• Develop, consume and validate RESTful APIs that support UI workflows and integrate with internal micro‑services.
• Apply secure coding standards and privacy best practices, supporting compliance initiatives such as GDPR and FedRAMP.
• Create and maintain unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests; contribute to CI/CD pipeline enhancements.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and/or React, with a track record of building production‑grade applications.
• Good understanding of cloud‑native architectures and RESTful API design.
