Mobile Developer – React Native

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer to join our Operations Efficiency team in Madrid. You will build and enhance offline‑capable applications that support field workers across distribution, maintenance and service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and test features for iOS, Android and Windows platforms using React Native.
• Collaborate with product owners and domain experts to define user‑centric, mission‑critical functionality.
• Improve mobile app architecture with a performance‑focused mindset, ensuring robustness and efficiency.
• Maintain toolchains, test environments and CI/CD pipelines, and uphold high code quality through reviews and automated testing.
• Align development work with business objectives and support continuous delivery of new releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years focused on React Native.
• Strong understanding of mobile architecture, storage concepts and React Native‑specific design patterns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
