Night Auditor – Boutique Hotel in Marbella

About the role

Join a 19‑room boutique hotel by the sea as the Night Auditor, ensuring smooth overnight operations and accurate financial closure. You will be the key point of contact for late‑arriving guests and the bridge between night and morning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist late arrivals and departures.
• Perform nightly PMS closure: reconcile payments, process folios, manage no‑shows.
• Handle cash, card, and OTA transactions with precision.
• Prepare detailed guest information for the next‑day arrivals.
• Conduct overnight security rounds.
• Maintain up‑to‑date guest profiles and reservations.
• Provide a clear handover briefing to the morning team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or night audit, preferably boutique or upscale.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Cloudbeds, Opera, MEWS).
• Experience using OTA extranets.
• Competent with Microsoft Office.
