About the role
Keyfactor is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and enhance employee experience across its Barcelona and Madrid offices. The role combines traditional office administration with the planning of culture‑building initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and well‑run workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations for both Barcelona and Madrid locations, including supplier management and procurement.
- Coordinate catering, meal arrangements, and restaurant reservations for meetings and events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Serve as the on‑site point of contact for operational issues and provide basic support.
- Plan and execute team‑building activities, company initiatives, and special events.
- Travel between the two offices as needed to ensure consistency.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling and coordination.
- Coordinate occupational health and safety activities and act as the safety point of contact.
Required profile
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to self‑manage, prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
