Operational Marketing Intern

About the role

Join LVMH Beauty Iberia as an Operational Marketing Intern and gain hands‑on experience in the luxury beauty sector. You will work with a multicultural team, supporting the launch and activation of new products while developing practical marketing skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and presenting launch materials, including translations of updates.
• Coordinate launch follow‑up with internal departments to ensure proper implementation.
• Control and monitor demos and samples, and manage updates sent to GPV and sales representatives.
• Handle market requests, prepare delivery notes and price lists, and produce support materials for in‑store animations.
• Coordinate specific activations to support sell‑out and assist in reporting launch performance, competition, and 360° activations to HQ.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a quick learning attitude.
• Degree in Business Management or a related Master’s program.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1); French is a plus.
• Previous sales experience is valuable.
• Available for immediate, full‑time, six‑month internship through a university.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Office 365, especially Microsoft Excel.
