OT Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

The OT Cybersecurity Specialist will protect the industrial environments of a leading international food and consumer goods group. Based at the corporate headquarters in Barcelona, the role bridges factories, IT teams and external OT security partners, focusing on architecture, governance and project leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve OT security architectures, including network segmentation and secure remote access.
• Coordinate OT security projects across multiple international manufacturing sites.
• Manage external OT security, networking and industrial cybersecurity providers.
• Act as the main liaison between factories, engineering, IT infrastructure and cybersecurity stakeholders.
• Support industrial risk assessments and drive OT security improvement initiatives.
• Oversee OT security operations, monitoring and secure connectivity services.
• Ensure alignment between IT and OT security standards and operational realities.
• Generate reporting for cybersecurity leadership and steering committees.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or network security within industrial environments.
• Proven experience working with manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
