People Partner – HR Business Partner for Iberia

About the role

This People Partner role supports the General Manager and leadership team of the Iberia Commercial Business Unit, driving the HR agenda across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, you will work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and act as a strategic HR business partner.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to the General Manager and senior leadership, advising on people agenda and organizational change.
• Facilitate capability assessments, talent management, and engagement initiatives.
• Mentor people leaders to improve performance and team efficiency.
• Lead deployment of core HR processes in collaboration with global Centers of Excellence.
• Oversee recruitment prioritisation, workforce governance, and organizational design for Spain and Portugal.
• Coordinate with shared services, operational HR, and external labor consultants to ensure flawless employee lifecycle execution.

Required profile

• Several years of HR experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to balance local needs with global HR directions.
• Experience managing HR agendas in Spain and Portugal.
• Strong influencing and partnership skills with senior business leaders.
