Print Inside Presales Consultant – French Language

About the role

HP is seeking an Inside Presales Technical Consultant to support its Commercial Print portfolio. The role focuses on providing technical guidance to sales, channel partners, and end‑users, ensuring successful business wins and a high total customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical recommendations and guidance on HP Print products, services, and solutions.
• Respond to and track technical inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist sales teams with RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses.
• Provide training on Print offerings to other departments and partners.
• Manage technical escalations and keep the sales community updated on product and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with global presales and divisional technical resources as needed.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written French.
• Advanced proficiency in English for internal communication and training.
• Minimum three years of relevant technical presales or consulting experience.
• Strong passion for technology and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
