Procurement Excellence & S2C Manager – Digital Transformation

About the role

This position leads the digital procurement agenda for a global FMCG leader, based in Barcelona. You will own the AI pathway for procurement, shape the digital roadmap, and drive implementation of SAP Ariba Source‑to‑Contract solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, own and deliver the global S2C digital roadmap.
• Lead process improvement initiatives across the Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) area.
• Manage implementations, risk mitigation, supplier due‑diligence and supplier relationship programs.
• Analyse systems and processes, produce reporting and track S2P KPIs.
• Champion the adoption of AI and other procurement technologies across the organization.

Required profile

• Management consulting experience in digital procurement or in‑house procurement excellence.
• Deep expertise in S2C processes and SAP Ariba tools.
• Experience working in international, complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with the ability to influence senior (CxO) leaders.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
