Product Manager

About the role

MTS Globe Spain is seeking a motivated Product Manager to join its Product department in Tenerife. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, supporting product and sales development while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners in the travel and hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, marketing campaigns and B2B online marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with destinations and TTOO to monitor portfolio performance and offers.
• Handle client complaints in collaboration with TTOO and internal teams.
• Provide IT system support to hoteliers and assist with booking department tasks.
• Organise fam trips and manage special requests from TTOO.
• Support the contract manager and ensure smooth contract administration.
• Perform yield, product and revenue management activities.
• Prepare and analyse sales and Business Intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in DMC/Incoming or hotel chain environments.
• Degree in Tourism or a related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Driving licence and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
