Product Manager – Sales AI

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Manager to own and evolve our Sales AI product. You will shape its growth, scale, and deliver measurable value to enterprise clients, working autonomously with clear direction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and business model as the product scales.
• Design end‑to‑end user workflows that generate real business outcomes.
• Define and own key metrics (e.g., NPV) and ensure they reflect product performance.
• Lead discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover real problems.
• Run and expand Proof‑of‑Concept initiatives with large customers.
• Maintain product vision grounded in customer needs and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, resources, and budget, owning the delivery plan.
• Provide product expertise in pre‑sale conversations and help shape the evolving team structure.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience running or owning a sales operation in a bank, telecom, insurance, or fintech environment.
• Hands‑on experience with revenue targets, outbound teams, and cold‑call processes.
• Deep understanding of voice AI agents, their impact measurement, and improvement levers.
• Ability to explain Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agent optimization.
• Business‑outcome mindset focused on NPV and revenue impact.
• Customer‑first, data‑driven approach with strong technical communication skills.
