Production Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of satellite and space‑system subsystems. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage the full hardware lifecycle from production and integration to testing and final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, production, validation, and delivery of hardware subsystems such as energy storage, electrical interconnections, power distribution units, onboard computing modules, and test platforms.
• Track project performance using structured methodologies, ensuring alignment of timelines, resources, and program milestones.
• Coordinate supplier management, procurement, material planning, and capital investment tracking.
• Oversee engineering and reliability testing environments, driving efficiency, reducing lead times, and optimizing costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience managing production or engineering teams in a technical environment.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and clear communication skills in English.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
